Products and pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices, descriptions and product availability at any time without prior notice. Product photos are representative — as these are natural, hand-finished goods, slight variation in colour, size or finish between batches is normal and not a defect.

Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we accept once we confirm your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example due to a stock error, a pricing error, or suspected fraud — in which case any payment taken will be refunded in full. Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Cash on Delivery, where offered, is confirmed as paid once the order is delivered.

Shipping and returns

Shipping timelines and charges are set out in our Shipping Policy. Returns, replacements and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Intended use

VedHoop products are intended for traditional ritual and fragrance use only, in a ventilated space and away from children, pets and flammable material. We are not liable for misuse of the product outside its intended purpose.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, product photography and design — is the property of VedHoop and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, VedHoop is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our products, beyond the value of the order in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from your use of this site or your order will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at the location of our registered address.
