VedHoop started with a memory — the smell of dhoop drifting through a grandmother's home in Bihar every evening. That fragrance wasn't decoration. It marked the end of the day, a moment to sit still.
The Search
Looking for the real thing
Most incense we tried was built for shelf appeal — heavy synthetic fragrance layered over a charcoal core. We went looking for artisans in Bihar and Jharkhand who still hand-roll dhoop the traditional way, using resins, florals and the Palash flower.
The Craft
Building VedHoop with those artisans
We partnered directly with small-batch makers, agreeing on fair, transparent pricing and committing to zero synthetic fragrance. Every recipe was tested for scent, smoke quality and burn time before it became a VedHoop product.
