Order processing

Every order is processed within 1–2 business days of being placed, Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on Cash on Delivery are processed the same way as prepaid orders — stock is reserved for your order as soon as it is confirmed.

Delivery timelines

We ship across India through our courier partners. Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 4–7 business days for most pin codes, and within 7–10 business days for remote or rural locations. These are estimates, not guarantees — occasional delays can happen due to courier network disruptions, weather or local restrictions beyond our control.

Shipping charges

Orders above ₹499 ship free. Orders below this value are charged a flat shipping fee of ₹75, calculated automatically at checkout before you pay.

Payment on delivery

Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders and pin codes. The COD option appears at checkout only where it is serviceable.

Order tracking

You will receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched. You can also check your order status at any time from the order confirmation page, or by contacting us with your order number.

Undelivered or returned shipments

If a shipment is returned to us because an address is incorrect, the order is unclaimed, or delivery was refused, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional shipping charges may apply) or process a refund in line with our Return & Refund Policy.
